The Journey Begins

Saw Nicole, The Blackwood Keto and aloe-carb dietician and got my comprehensive guidebook. An awful lot of information to digest but looks like I’ll be starting on a very reduced carb journey soon… 20-50g carbs a day but extra healthy fats to fill me up. Got off to a good start at breakfast with an almond milk latte while we were at Burnside

Goodbye sauces, rice, cereal, most fruit, below ground vegetables and ordinary bread - hello meat, fish, eggs, avocado, leafy vegetables, berries, cream, seeds and nuts
